Overlooking Hills Pond, the 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has an abundance of on-site amenities for you and your loved ones to enjoy, including a floating dock, a stationary boat dock in prime fishing waters, kayaks, and a two person cano,  a fire pit for evening campfires and a workout / game room. Spend your days boating around the lake, fishing for bass off the dock, swimming, bird watching, biking, or hiking the extensive maintained trail system that is all in walking distance from the house (Belknap Mountain, Piper Mountain, Gunstock Mountain, Straightback Mountain and Mt. Major are all accessible by these hiking trails and have beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee).  

You can watch the kids swim from the second story deck, take in beautiful sunsets over the pond and simply relax and enjoy the beautiful natural setting surrounding you. Visit the quaint New England downtown Alton Bay on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and golf in nearby Wolfeboro, NH at the famous championship Kingswood Golf Course. Or, twenty miles drive along the Lake will bring you to Weir’s Beach with go carts, mini golf, Fun Spot (largest arcade in the world). Or, if you don’t want to drive, take the Mt. Washington boat from downtown Alton bay to Weir’s beach for a beautiful boat ride on the “big” lake. IN autumn, it is amazing and there are sunset cruises and dance night cruises to enjoy as well.

Maybe you will hear the eerie call of the loons who live on the pond or the owls by the fire outside at night, this place is a bird watchers paradise. 

The house has everything you need to enjoy a few days or a few weeks. The house is equipped with gigabit internet, cable television on the main TV and internet streaming devices on all other TV’s in the house. Cell phone reception is not an issue either.

The house can sleep 14 guests 

Rooms include: Master bedroom-king size bed, bedroom 2-queen size bed, bedroom 3-full size bed, bedroom 4-twin bed, finished sunroom bedroom 5-twin bed, bedroom 6-twin bed. Living room has a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa, Game room-twin bed. Beautiful open living room with gorgeous views of the Pond. Kitchen has a full size stove, dishwasher and all the tools you need to cook your own feast

There is plenty of parking.
